  Michel Julianne does fit the criteria as choreographing one of the most classic car chases of the 1960s as far as I can determine. This stunt driver must also habve appeared in car commercials ...

  Remy Julienne's stunt team is probably the most famous in the business and choreographed the original Italian Job car chase, back in '68/'69. He also did car commercials for Citroen and Renault, probably others. He's worked on 6 Bond films and now his son Michelle has taken over the family firm.

  I believe that it's actually Remy Julienne who doubles for Roger, not Michel; Remy is the Dad, Michel & Dominique are his sons.
