Received my DB 10 from the Bond in Motion collection yesterday (along with the DB5 and Hornet - two more Code 3s I suppose!)

Today I called Eaglemoss to cancel the subscription (I only wanted the DB10) and interestingly the woman at the end of the phone told me to keep an eye on the Eaglemoss website as there may be models coming out that weren't in the original JB Car Collection! The way she put it made it sound as though there were people like me who bought the original collection and would be interested in expanding this as and when new models came out. It would make sense as they've got Skyfall and Spectre to cover.

    Food for thought.

I think we will be very pleased in case of new models coming out from Eaglemoss!! Maybe a jag CX75 and a couple of defender from Skyfall and Spectre.... 8-) 8-)

What do you think about DB10 model?
    Ohh...grow up 007!!

That sounds interesting.... and I just had a look on their website and saw that they're doing a 3 for 1 Promotion if anyone's tempted:

Yes that's the one I took. I can use the extra cases for future code 3s.

(I dare say the DB5 will turn up in Bond 25 :)) )

I'm assuming so. The woman I spoke to told me to keep an eye on the Eaglemoss website in the future for any models not in the original collection

Hello everyone, congratulations to the forum participants from whom I learned so much.
I am an italian collector of 1/43 models.
As well as fans of 007 I'm a fan of the Aston Martin, especially roadsters or DHC.

The film "The Living Daylights" stimulated me for many reasons.
First of all I wanted to change the model of the V8 Volante to correct the mistakes in the back.
    This is the result:

    DSC_3004.jpg

I saw also the beautiful dioramas made by some of you and I wanted to do one too.
I tried to reproduce the moment when the car has been winterised in Q - Branch!
    This is the result:

Hi Renato...I am from Italy too... what a great job with your Vantages but especially with the Volante!

I am very interested in the process, could you briefly explain How did you do?

    Thx!

    Thank you for your compliments.
    Hi JB88!
It's strange to address you in English, but maybe someone else is interested in the processing I've done.

To correct the JBCC model error I used a very simple method.
However, it requires considerable cutting precision and very thin drills
I simply made two longitudinal cuts on the tail. I reduced the thickness of the metal in the inside just behind the tail transversely. Finally, very carefully, I folded the "back hood" to flatten the line.
Finally I finished the cutting edges with small touches of paint.
The cuts were made diagonally so that the edges were very close together

Actually I had bought the coupe (# 14 of the collection) to make this model.
After a long time (n.69) came out the V8 Volante in the JBCC! So it was much easier to to get a good model of the car, because there was no need to remove all the war gadgets...
But, having already started the transformation, I had the idea of doing the diorama of winterization... :)

Now I am working on another V8 Volante JBCC to get the V8 Convertible by Paul Banham :) :)

I hope that i post here in the correct place. Barbel said for me to move what I wrote in another part of ajb
I saw on the second hand market some James Bond cars. They were all the cars from James Bond films I think to the last Pierce Brosnan film. They were Corgi make and all each in the box but they were not new. They were £5 each.

If people think this is a good price to pay then when i go to the market and the man has still got these models to sell then I think I would buy the goldfinger astin martin and the omhss car also and perhaps the spy who loved me lotus.

    Hello Joshua

If they are Corgi I assume they are the 1/36 scale models.

As new they can normally go for £10-15 plus so I'd say 5 quid is a pretty good price for second hand if the box is in good condition.

Immediately a dream car of mine after first seeing CR at ten years old.

My apologies to the owner if you happen to see this. I would blur your license plate but too damn cool not to!

Just got the Hot Wheels Elite 1/18 Aston Martin DB5! This model has been a long time coming. At least 4 years since it was first announced by Mattel but it was never officially released. For some reason, they're recently appearing at ebay so i decided to take the plunge and get it since i've been waiting for the Elite DB5 in this scale.

I'm very impressed by it. It looks better than the one from Ertl with all the sharper details for both the interior and exterior. All the usual refinements as well since this is the Elite model... Ejector seat, machine guns, revolving front and rear license plates etc.

    Hi all,
Just looking for some advice on my "The James Bond Car Collection" set of which I have 1-51 including all magazines. None are in their sealed packages but almost all of them are undamaged, one car has large cracks on the plastic case. Some magazines are a bit wrinkled and the posters on the first few have been taken out, most put back in place. The majority of the magazines are in great condition

Is this set worth anything? I see the odd collection like this on eBay with silly asking prices but none ever seem to have bids on them. Is anyone on here interested in them or a certain few cars?

    Cheers

    Hello to everyone!
in regards to the film "die another day" I noticed the plate of the Vanquish: KE02 EWW.
It may be that he wants to allude to:
Korea England 0-2 (how about a football match?)
If so, what could "EWW" mean?
    Thank you
    Renato

Anyone tried a CODE by-product of this SPECTRE Aston Martin DB10 yet? I haven't seen one yet but it sure would be neat to try one, maybe speeding with a REAL CAR (Hinx's [played by Dave Bautista] souped up {? Jaquar ?} hot on its trails) or better yet it flipping into the Thames River or maybe HALF SUNK !!! Yikes!!!!

Are you willing to part with your "The Saint" Volvo CODE 4 (and maybe magazine, too?). I have been getting into this "Complete Series on DVD and must say that in retrospect, I prefer "The Saint" to the Bond films. Of course, Roger Moore was always my favorite James Bond before I even ran into the availability of watching "The Saint" episodes as back in those days in the States I just played baseball, golf or watched "Star Trek". Eventually my older brother and Dad got me hooked on "The Prisoner" with Patrick MacGoohan but that was post "The Saint era.

Please let me know. I could make a PayPal payment to you and just wait out a shipment to :

Hi guys I'm more of a Corgi James Bond Car collector and I'm wondering what we can expect for release from the forthcoming No Time To Die? I already have the Aston Martin DB.5 (who doesn't?) and the Living Daylights version of the Aston Martin V8 Vantage which I believe makes a small appearance in this movie. Just wondered if anything may be being released. Last one I purchased was of course the SPECTRE Aston Martin DB.10.

Corgi has two "No Time To Die" cars on their 2020 list plus a few re-issues.

    Aston Martin DB5

    Aston Martin V8 Vantage

Both are scheduled for Fall 2020.

Check out (i.e. scroll though) their 2020 line-up for the James Bond re-issues:
