Missing line?

Forgive me if this has been discussed, but during the torture scene, after the line from Bond about telling the world that Le Chiffre scratched his itch, the villain says something about "I died? I died?" to which Bond does the bit about the organization cutting him into pieces. Was there a line cut, to the effect of Bond saying, "When you die, I'll tell the world you done scratched my balls?" Am I just hearing the lines wrong?

I think you misheard the lines, Gassy. Bond says he'll tell the world that Le Chiffre died scratching his balls. To which Le Chiffre responds, "I died?"
