No argument re the lovely Luciana. She was one of the truly "adult" encounters in the series, before they became weighted down by the "nudge, nudge, wink, wink" factor. You could see the on-screen the chemistry between Bond and Fiona. And even though she was a villain, she had style and class. Her counterpart in NSNA, Fatima Blush, though enjoyable, is a far distant second to the enduring appeal of Fiona Volpe.

Fiona: "Do you like wild things, Mr Bond, James Bond?"
All hail Luciana Paluzzi!!!
And lets not forget this Fiona line:
"You made a shocking mess of my hair, you sadistic brute."
Luciana gets my vote as the drop-dead sexiest woman in the series.
As a matter of fact, she is also the best villainess in the series. Period.
"Strange as it may seem...I've grown accustomed to your face."

Fatima Blush isn't in the same league.
Because I am the way I am, I prefer Fatima. Fatima is one of the reasons people in general watch NSNA, and is undoubtedly my favorite part, and while Fiona had moments, I just didn't see the hype.
Plus, Fatima was so much more vile than Fiona would ever be! Fiona was a mean girl, but Fatima's sanity looked like it walked out the door a verrrrry long time ago. However, I did like the whole Junkanoo chase and the subsequent dance.
There was no hype about Fiona. She was just all out seductive woman, loving and lethal at the same time. While Fatima had to rely on the charms of the the cruel mistress heroin to keep Jack Pettachi in line line, Fiona used her sexual prowess to string Francois Derval along until his death. How much lethal can the woman be--she romances the man just moments before he is killed? Fiona exudes sexuality. Fatima on the other hand just comes across as a cheap whacky *****.

Hands down: Elecktra in Bond's lap at the end of TWINE, when he is strapped in the chair.
If that would have been Bond's final moment, at least he would have died happy.
Look up "sexy" in the dictionary and you'll find the name "Sophie Marceau." :x
"My acting range? Left eyebrow raised, right eyebrow raised..."
I agree Lucianna Paluzzi is the best Bond villainess but for me the sexiest scene was in YOLT where Helga Brandt slaps Bond around in her cabin & then threatens him with the scalpel. After he persuades her to release him the way he cuts her shoulder straps with the scalpel & then unzips her dress as he undresses her was the best.
Caroline Munro winking is certainly one of my favourite sexiest Bond moments. If only we had seen more of her in that film. Another one for me would no doubt be when Carey Lowell was taking the bottom part of her dress off to get her gun out.
End of Dr. No, When Tania first meets Bond, Entirely satisfied in Goldfinger, The underwater encounters between Bond and Domino and definitely Bond and Fiona, Tracy's comebacks to Bond.
However none of these even come close to Fleming. As soon as the literary bond sees a girl it becomes somewhat sexual.

This is one of the big reasons I could never take Roger Moore all that seriously as Bond.

Amen to that.
