  1.Franz Sanchez (surprised he wasn't mentioned. I like License to Kill.)

  Honorable mention to Julius No, the first ever Bond villain, and I like him as a villain mostly because he shows no fear and has a sophisticated air about him. "I misjudged you; you're just a stupid policeman". Good quote too.
