    Where is the silencer on your weapon in the first photo? :))

    I love the black and white.

    God, I'm jealous. Considerably.

    In the photo where it shows the ladies dept sign, notice that the shop assistant is framed perfectly in a mirror. Did you plan that?

    In the one of Turnbull taken of you at a distance, look to the right. The fellow in the coat who looks as if he is listening to his mobile seems to be Mr.White :o

    The one of you both reflected in the mirror at the Floris shop is wonderful. All of the photos are marvelous not only for the locations, so etched in Bond history, but for photographs on their own.

    I love that you were well into Bond mode all through the shots. But you had beer at the pub? Not a vodka martini?

    Look closely at the ones of MI6. You can just make out a figure behind the glass windows with close cut hair, blazing blue eyes, and a Walthe--LOOK OUT! :o

    I can't wait for the stories. Not all the snaps opened for me, will you hopefully be putting them on your site?

    Ronnie Wood?! Where did you find him? Well done! :)

    And yeah; where are all those Bond props? Is it Planet Hollywood or something? I've never been inside.

    You can often find some treats wondering around London; only yesterday I was coming out of the Paul Smith Sale shop which is hidden down an alleyway off Bond street, I passed a shop gallery which had a genuine Lowry hanging in the window!

    The Bond props were all in the 'Bond room' in Planet Hollywood, near Piccadilly. Ronnie Wood was standing outside a Casino, typing an sms, somewhere in Mayfair I believe, I have to check to find the exact location. Great to meet him! Nice and chilled guy for sure.

    And the guy of the Hat store reflecting in the mirror, that's no coincidence ;)

    The bottles of Floris 89 (with us reflected in the mirror as well) are actually the original style bottles, they were not for sale but on display in a mini 'museum-like' cabinet in the Floris store on Jermyn Street, number... 89! Got a little scoop there, that Floris will bring back in production the other '89' products next year as well.

    Looks like you had a fantastic day -{

    I would have loved to have joined you, but London is a bit of a trek - hang on, you come all the way from America (via Belgium ?) and I complain about a few hundred miles :)) Shame on me ;%

    I glad you had a great day, it would have been great to visit all those stores. I take it you bought the hat, David ?

    Mantis, those are simply awesome photos. I can't believe you covered so much in that time frame. Hard to pick a favorite pic...Little Nellie, Ronnie Wood, the Lazenby shot, the door from Die Another Day...

    I'm jealous...it makes me want to go back. London is truly one of the world's great cities...It's got my vote for number one.

    Cheers.

    I was in London this weekend on a trip with collage as part of my performing arts course. the trip was completely pre organised so I didn't get to see too many Bond sights but we did eat in planet hollywood (In the Horror Section) and I excussed myself from the group to look around the Bond Room.

    I also went down St James' street. and tried to spot bond locations from the top of the london eye.

    I intend to go back soon so I can take in some more of that which is Bond.

    Fantastic pictues BTW. I'm very Jelous.

    Great pics, glad you had such a good time! I'm jealous; I haven't been to London in years! Where was the last photo taken? That's not a flat in Chelsea, is it? ;)

    So hard to remember everything but I believe that last pic is Ian Flemings home or where he was born...was a little tipsy about that time of the night.

    That very last picture is the first EON Productions office building. They moved a few times. But this is where the film series really started!

    In London for a week or two, having a wander round the normal haunts, as per the above, fabulous city as always. :x -{

    Shoes to pick up at Church's, aftershave at Floris, wander into the Omega shop at #12 Old Bond Street, only one I would add is the the Afred Dunhill flagship shop at 2 Davies Street Mayfair, barbers, wine bar, cinema, top notch everything else. http://www.dunhill.com/en-gb/thehomes/london/services/barber/

    Sunspel London too http://www.sunspel.com/about/london-store/

    Anybody need anything (small) bringing back to the US?
