  Georgiboy, how can you do this to me? I thought we were kindred spirits; both big Arnie fans, both lovers of Die Hard and both of us adore The Godfather. I love Mr Kidd, I think he's a brilliant villain, but there is no way on earth I can choose him ahead of the legendary Jaws (although as good as Jaws was, IMO Oddjob was better.)

  I've been thinking - shall we change the rules slightly when we reach the top 20? Or top 10?
  
  I was thinking of maybe eventually bringing the +/- method into it, perhaps for the final 10.
  
  The other alternative is to increase the number of saves required per villain, but I don't think that'll work because people will just vote for the same villain twice all the time (And if there was a rule that you can only vote for a villain once each, it would be too difficult to monitor)
  
  What do you think?

  The other alternative is to increase the number of saves required per villain, but I don't think that'll work because people will just vote for the same villain twice all the time (And if there was a rule that you can only vote for a villain once each, it would be too difficult to monitor)

  Let's bring in the +/- method, or have each villain start at 5 or 10 points, and people only vote against a particular villain. The problem with bringing back multiple saves is that the game will go too quickly. I don't mind if the game goes a bit longer; we are afterall nearing the top 20 in a game which began with 130 villains!

  I like your idea about only subtracting from the +/- method.
  
  From the top 20, I think we should go with that - each villain should start with about 20 points and we should subtract only. Adding will not be allowed. We just 'kick out' the ones we hate, without 'saving' the ones we love, agreed?
