The Jaws figure seems also to fetch a high price. Anyone know if there were less of these made?
There were 3 extra figures added to the range and all had a limited run - but Jaws wasn't one of them. I would just guess he is a popular figure.
The 3 extra figures were/are Q, M and Moneypenny.
I was tracking both the white tux and tan suit for about 6 months and I think they're definitely dropping in value - not because they're worth less, just because people aren't paying as much - it's the credit crunch. I'm finding the same with some of the autographs I've been selling recently. They seem to be going for a fraction of what they used to be worth.

Due to my understanding of supply and demand, there is no fixed value for a particular item:
It's value it, what people are willing and able to pay for it, under the given circumstances (economic situation, daytime, competition, selling format etc.)
Just one example: A Corgi Rockets OHMSS boxed set is a very desirable item. If I am opening a garage sale in the desert of Africa, I may be disappointed not to get the offers for it, that I am expecting.
another thing is on ebay: If I am e.g. listing my items with the wrong keywords in wrong categories and let them be ending in the middle of the night, holiday season, I won't be surprised to get only disappointing results.
It may be an extreme example, but may show, that there is no fixed value in anything, it all is up to s&d

Not sure how many of each figure were made but the limited editions were 1000 pieces only.
