Well, I hate to date myself, but 1959 was a pretty groovy year. Five years after Barry Nelson's Jimmy Bond, three years before Sean Connery's the name is Bond....James Bond. -{
Connery was Bond when I was introduced to the world. Thunderball was released a few months before I was born and was still in the theaters...I guess you could say that was the peak of Bond-mania.
I grew up with Moore as Bond in the 70's but my favorite is still Connery with Craig a close second.
I was born between Thunderball and YOLT...but the first Bond movie I saw was LALD on holiday in Cornwall when I was 7 years old. So, Connery was Bond when I was born, but when Bond was born for me it...was Moore.
I was born in '82; the year between FYEO and OP. Thus, Moore was my Bond. Although Connery would return the following year, I don't consider NSNA to be a real Bond film, and so I can't say that Connery was also the Bond when I was born. Still, to have born in the Moore era is rather extraordinary.
My niece was born last year (27th December), making her a Craig baby.

'73 for me so sir rog is my bond. My first memory is asking to see TSWLM because of the wet bike I vividly remeber the T.V ad. Then I fell asleep before the end! but I was only four

Hey same birthday as me! If you can try and give your niece a birthday party, I never had one till I was in my teens (and then it was delayed till january) as no one wanted to come to my house and watch me open presents when they had loads of thier own
I was born in late '86 so I suppose it's Dalton. I'm still a Connery and Craig fan but I remember watching most of the bond films on TV when I was a kid. But I would not see my favorite: From Russia With Love until 2009... yeah what have I been doing with my life? LOL )

She'll get one. Since she isn't Christian, it's not as much of a problem with her, although people do tend to go away at this time of year. Still, I can assure you, her birthday will be greatly celebrated.

I was born in 1986 --just two months less a few days after Dalton was announced as Bond. Perhaps unsurprisingly, I'm rather fond of TLD although Craig pretty much rates as my favourite right now, with TD being demoted to a more distant second. I can't really remember which was my first Bond movie, but I know I caught a couple of PB's and RM's on TV and I recall liking them at the time. Needless to say, CR was the one that made a big impression on me and QoS was the first one I saw in the theaters. Guh, now I sound like a total neophyte but I assure you all I've seen all the official movies at least once (yes, even AVTAK ) and will get around to making up a definitive ranking once I've seen them a couple more times. As it stands, I think I definitely prefer SC's serious period to RM's slightly less silly period .

Your middle name is Goldfinger?
Seriously, welcome to AJB, Mike Z!
boy, that would've been a real conversation starter, thankfully just plain Sean
Or is his middle name Connery? That's quite unusual...

Me to, unfortunately, wish i was born in a better bond era :007)
You're just a baby. Fleming didn't start writing it until after my kid sister was born.
