has everyone received their stuff from the 50% discount orders? Or are there still outstanding ones?
I think Sunspel were admirable in honouring this old code, we must have pretty much cleaned them out of stock, which will adversly effect their regular orders.
I am a little dissappointed with Sunspel considering I was the 1st person to take advantage of the offer but they did not send my order out until 2 days ago. I guess 1st in, first out does not apply for them.

I missed a delivery on Saturday morning I assume it was my Sunspel order and I can't wait to have the items I bought.
I have a question for the Sunspel Polo people. Does the polo have hemmed or banded sleeves? The second question is does anyone have a real world comparison of sizes? I have a t-shirt but I don't have a polo because they only go to XL, I am an XXL and 6' tall, the xxl t-shirt fits, but I have been worried about buying the polo. If the shirt stretches well especially length wise I'll be good. If not, I wonder if they with custom make a number of them. Anyone big on this group or know the answer?
If I could buy a shirt off of the rack my size I'd be a 20 fitted tall and my suit size would be a 56 chest 38 pant! That is why I tend to buy clothes bespoke. This whole athletic and muscle fit stuff now days just means short for me. Regular cut fits me the way the athletic cut fits other people.
I placed my order the day this post started and receieved it two days later. Then again, I've already got the JB items so went for something else. Maybe they had the stock ready to go.

My order was shipped on 4/23 and to my surprise it was waiting for me when I got home after work last night! Easily the best polo I've ever had! All of you were right; they are well worth the money. Thanks for all of the input guys!
I recieved my order today. It would have cost over $500 without the discount. I got the white v-neck, navy crewneck, bond set(polo and grey shirt), and a bunch of underwear. I'm very satisfied with all of the products.
Sometimes, as all of us, a business can't see the forest for the trees.
That would have built an immense future customer base. One of a salesman's skills for tangible products is called 'product transfer', or 'transfer of ownership', where you put the product in the customers hands before the sale is closed.
Sunspell could have had great success with this tactic even at a small loss in the short term.
Had they seen the big picture, they may have honored the code for everyone who attempted to use it. At least for a set period of time.
It won't stop me from placing future orders as I already have some of their products, but for the guy who can't seem to justify over $120 for a blue polo shirt, it will make it all that much harder for that person to place an order not having ever owned a quality polo (or t-shirt, or underwear, etc.,).
You hit the nail right on the head! It would have been to their advantage to honour the code for at least those who attempted to place orders with it. They lost my business because of it and the lack of response to my queries when I questioned them about it.

Finally!
Dalton - the weak and weepy Bond!
Keep us informed.... I would love to get hold of another polo and the two t shirts...
love these polos, and the grey T's have a nice feel...
anyway, credit to sunspel for honouring the code...
i'm guessing by this thread that this cost sunspel well over a thousand dollars.....
yes... but it also could have brought them a whole new fan base and repeat buyers
