does INGSOC ,ring any bells with plot or storyline, characters etc,

this mean anything to anyone ?

do do with the film. I read in some chat room which I found myself in last night and someone said something about it. cant remember what was said i was half asleep .. probibly a lot of rubbish anyway...

ok i have read the wikapidia link ...

does this organisation or name etc have anything to do with or is involved in Quontum of solace or any other Bond film for that matter?

Going by your first post, SGG, it sounds like someone was just using it as part of chatroom conversation--"Daniel Craig's political opinions sound like a lot of Ingsoc to me," or something like that--and it has nothing to do with QoS or Bond at all.
