When 007 is playing golf he is wearing a black v-neck jumper with a gold motif on the left side of the chest. Can anyone tell me what make this jumper is? I initially thought it was by Slazenger -but I'm not sure. Cheers.

Much appreciated Amigo! I just had a little look at Ebay and even though its not the actual one -I may actually get a Slazenger V neck in black. Thanks for the help.

Yes I saw that. I haven't come accross the maroon colour yet. But still thinking of getting a black one -as like slazenger jumpers anyhow.
Dalton - the weak and weepy Bond!
It's gold/yellow. Definitely not white. In an old British GQ (if memory serves, 90's era) article that talked about Bond items including the hat, the watch strap, the soap, the shirt etc., there was a replica Slazenger sweater (jumper) for sale. Problem is the logo was white. They were sold out however. The sweater was a dark wine color, not black. The murky quality of the original VHS transfers made it look black. I have stills of Connery wearing the sweater and it shows the correct colors. The new re-masterd DVD's and Blueray's show the correct color. The sweater also looks like it might have been wool. But presumably you have access to the original catalogs to figure out the correct material.
Hope this works out for you. I'd definitely like to get one if done right.

Yep, the way the cat faces is very important too. The modern Slazenger cat faces the opposite direction to the one on Connery's Goldfinger sweater.
