50 US states via the movies

I've been lazily trying to learn all the US states but I can't really place them if you gave me a blank map of America. Then I thought it might work if I could see some 50 movies, each distinctive for being located in a particular state, so it would help place it. Something that sums and its particular traits, obv, not…

Clint Eastwood's Play Misty For Me has some great San Francisco scenes. Then again, so do many of Clint's early films.
