    :)) I'm feeling the love .....

Thats the nice thing about this board, the gals all have their favs and we dont have to fight it out !

I've got Tim, Lexi has Dan and you've handed Mo Pierce full time. Pen likes Sean ( but she may spoil your Cavill love fest ) so everyones happy .... Poor old Roger and George, Both have been left sitting on the side like wallflowers ....

Well I'll be glad if Pen spoils the Cavill love fest, I'm all for him getting the appreciation he deserves! He still remains miiiiiineeee :v :)) :))

It's absolutely perfect that we're all set and we don't have to fight it out... after all we're Bond girls. Getting what we want is our mission in life :)) :))

Aw, I feel sorry for Roger and George. I don't mind Roger, and I loved him in "The Pretenders", he's just not my fave Bond? Not that I dislike him, just not really my favorite. And George.. well I think he's used to being the odd one out? Poor fella, he must have regretted having done that Bond movie for the rest of his life.. :))

Not that I'd want him as Bond (he's too silly) but Nathan Fillion is my current favorite hunk-o-man. He looks good in a tux too. But I'll take Sean Connery any day. me-yow.

(seen Fillion naked too. He's shirtless a fair amount in the old series FIREFLY but then once, hello, Nate-butt!)

And they should get the girls from well known James Bond fan sites to try them out :D :D

agreed. I'm only a phone call away should they need me :P

Aw Nathan Fillion. He's very veeery popular at the moment because Castle, his TV show, is doing very well in the US. I find him an attractive fella, he's got that charm. But he doesn't make my blood boil. Cavill sure does :)) :))

Sean Connery is all yours, Pen. :D

So it's settled. Will send our phone numbers to EON in order for them to call us to do the appropriate James Bond must be a damn fine kisser test with those who audition for the part. I reserve the right to back off if there's anyone looking even remotely like Craig. :)) Craig himself is Lexi's of course. And of course we know which Bond each one of us gets. (Cavill isn't Bond, but HOPEFULLY he will be :D)

yeah, I love Castle...but I got into him from Firefly :x you have no idea how hard the Castle fans had to fight so they'd give up season Two...but look! we're on three now!!! The network finally realized that we, the fans, new best and let us have our way :P He's got a very silly charm, though :x

    hurrah! *snuggles her prize*

sounds good to me. *prepares an email to EON*

:)) a quadruple date like that would be something to put in like the history of AJB :)) (and all the men would be dead jealous :)) not of us.. of the BONDS haha )

I'm so doing it. You think I'm kidding right? But I'm not. At least not completely. And I do have the contacts.. so careful what you wish for :)) :))

Pen, I am not sure I can indicate people for that at the moment, but would you like to be part of the ABC viewer polling sample? What I mean is they have a site to sample viewers that I am a member of. THEY DO listen. I know people were vocal about Castle in there from the start. And yeah, they show us pilots in advance, do polls to see how storylines fare among viewers to decide what direction to take, etc. Let me know if you're interested. Unless you're a member already :))

Back to business... what to wear? Oh, I know. We can actually discuss that, it's classic Bond girl watercooler material. My first thought, among choices in my wardrobe, is this: can't go wrong with Bond girl Armani dress. :D

I was a member of something...might not have been the same group, and I was active in what we called the "save castle campaign" :p we bombarded their viewer feed back phone lines, emails and regular mail for weeks upon weeks. it was a lot of fun lol

What's this I hear?? I get Pierce to myself????? Ale! I'm surprised at you, but I'm not complaining. :) We did our usual Bond Thanksgiving marathon this year and I watched TWINE and GE back to back...and man...I really miss Pierce. I think he's the one of the most gorgeous men alive. No surprise here, but I :x him. Sexy personified. I am thrilled to have him all to myself. Keely ...watch out. ;)

All Bond actors have had their sexy moments...especially Connery back in the day, and for me there is nothing as good as the Bond movies of the 60's, but there is just something extra special about Pierce in any era.

Ale..so happy you are busy with Cavill... :)

On a side note, it's funny, we all own the Bond DVDs, can watch them anytime, but just put them in a marathon on regular TV with way too many commercials, and parts cut, and and I'm glued... :))

We've had a bit of a Bondathon here in the UK too and its strange that once they're on the TV I'm also glued .... very rarely put an actual Bond DVD on these days but catch a glimpse on the TV and I'm gone ......

Right, I'm now off to buy a new dress for our quadruple date .... the other thing is, where to go ?????

Moooniiiiqueeee!!!! See! Bond girls arrive when times ask for it :)) Let's make it clear: I still and will always LOOOVE Pierce. But, out of decency and justice, since I am so in lurve with Cavill too, I thought it was only fair that I give up my share of Pierce and keep Cavill :)) :)) I absolutely agree he's one of the most gorgeous men alive. And *swoon* GE and TWINE. Hello James Bond... where have you been? :))
All Bond actors have had their sexy moments...especially Connery back in the day, and for me there is nothing as good as the Bond movies of the 60's, but there is just something extra special about Pierce in any era.

I completely agree. Even my mother, who of course was a young woman when Connery was doing Bond, thus lived the origins of the franchise, says that while Connery is the original, she isn't sure that he's the best one, because she prefers Pierce's more refined persona. And she says "from the point of view of looks, no comparison. Nobody is as gorgeous as Brosnan". :)) After all it was my dad and my mom who made me see Bond at age 2, so my taste has got to come from somewhere :))
Ale..so happy you are busy with Cavill... :)

I wish I was busy with him.. FOR REAL :)) :)) :)) Glad you approve of it. I take it you'd like him as next Bond, too then? :D
On a side note, it's funny, we all own the Bond DVDs, can watch them anytime, but just put them in a marathon on regular TV with way too many commercials, and parts cut, and and I'm glued... :))

:)) it's the tv marathon power.. it's just different to see them all on TV :D And, Pierce showing up unexpectedly on the TV screen.. Swoon.

So you haven't been on a secluded Caribbean island with Pierce and your La Perla like I thought! :o What are you waiting for? :))
I'm already doing my facial yoga excercises in preparation ......... :))

Never underestimate the power of a Bond girl.. especially when it comes to kissing :)) :)) And, never take what I say too lightly, when it's about hot men. :)) I do have a plan :v
Right, I'm now off to buy a new dress for our quadruple date .... the other thing is, where to go ?????

My suggestion would be Monte Carlo. Dinner and then casino, of course. Boat and party action included? Man, I'm great at partying :)) :))

Haha Pen, I will see if I can invite people. You should be a member of the ABC panel, just in case. It's nice to actually have a say in what they do and where they want to go with shows. :D

lmao me too. I do own them all, but when I'm flicking through the TV guide at my parent's house (I don't have cable in my apartment) and I see Bond I think "well...there go any intentions I had of setting foot outside the house today..."

Anywhere that has carpet OUTSIDE a shop ( Cartier ) is pretty cool IMO :))

Oh you think sooo appropriately. That's what I meant when I said casino plus boat partying included. Yeah, I meant yacht :)) I've actually been at a party in Monte Carlo on a yacht after the Formula 1 Grand Prix.. and it was the yacht of a very famous guy (F1 driver). Let's just say, I've never quite seen the same scenes anywhere else :))

    Anyhow, let's remain focused here:

Afraid you're underestimating us.. literally. It's five of us! :)) One for each Bond, plus one for future (let's hope) Bond Cavill. Connery/Dalton/Brosnan/Craig/Cavill: see we're dedicated, one per man. :)) Monique and I were splitting Brosnan, but since I have this massive crush on Cavill I must be a good Bond girl and dedicate my efforts to the future of the future Bond (yeah, not exactly a well-worded statement :)) ). Which means, Cavill must have my undivided attention. Just like all others have the undivided attention of Pen, Steph, Monique and Lexi.

Lexi's right.. got olives? And, I love mojitos too, so that will be a plus. :)) (who ever said I am demanding? :)) )

ETA: Steph I'd go for the midnight blue long one. That kind of has a "License to Kill" feel to it... and we all know how Pam Bouvier ended :D

It's fine, we'll make sure to have a carpet on the dock before we board the yacht to be sure to impress you. I'm not kidding, when I went to the yacht party there WAS a carpet on the dock, in front of the ladder to get on the yacht, people were supposed to leave their shoes there (smart idea, as women's heels can ruin the wood on the boat). I still laugh thinking about my shock realizing who owned the yacht once I got on :)) :))

I SWEAR I had looked at that one as well, the black one with the ruffles! I didn't quite have the same kind of extremely practical and devious Bond girl thinking you had though :)) Way to go there, THAT'S the spirit! :)) :)) (I think if Dalton, Brosnan, Craig, Connery and Cavill read this they would be AFRAID :)) :)) Or very, very intrigued :v ).

As for what to wear.... :# - that's proving tricky... there are just too many gorgeous dresses out there, although I would love to wear the dress by Jenny Packham - I know it's not very origional, as Craig has seen it before BUT he never got to get her out of it..... and he won't have the same problem with me :))
