In Casino Royal we were introduced to a mysterious organization that is well funded, very professional, has close connections with many freelance criminals worldwide, with Third World leaders as clients, hinting at the sheer size of the global network (in the trailer Mr. White comments that "we have people everywhere").
Not to give too much away what is the name of this organization and what is its ultimate goal? I heard that the name of the syndicate is
In the trailer I briefly spot a soldier in urban tactical gear (which includes a gas mask); could this be an enemy operative (hinting at a paramilitary nature of the new organisation which is comparable to SPECTRE's) or an SAS man sent by the MoD after Bond?

Quantum and not SPECTRE (as initially speculated by many), with their evil plan involving the taking over of a Latin American country to secure its water (although it could be something more than just water and in CR we had them dealing with an African warlord, a powerful man partially under their influence who could've been sitting on a diamond mine).
