Did anyone else notice that the actor shooting at Bond in the plane-chase scene is the same guy in the plane passed out with JB in Tomorrow never dies?

I'm sure it is, unless they have an uncanny lookalike. Thoughts?

He's not listed to have appeared in QOS on IMDb, though it's not like he's part of the main cast.
