Most decent champagnes are fermented in the bottle - punt up, and the silt and crap settle in the neck. This is then frozen and the bottle tapped to disgorge the crap, rather like the cork popping.   Yeah, I saw this beauty at Harrods, which had (at least) three in their store. They came with a wooden '007' branded crate, and were real eyecandy. The price however...:D

  I have one, and more importantly I have the Bollinger Bullet cufflinks that they did as a special, only 207 sets of the cufflinks ever made also.

  What I forgot to mention is that my Bullet is number 105, the exact running time in minutes of Quantum of Solace. I also have a certificate of authenticity from Metzendorf who are the UK distributor of Bollinger and a set of the Bullet cufflinks which were as rare as the Bullet itself, anyone interested then please PM me and I will discuss possible sale
