  There's a much cheaper (though not quite as impressive ... it's just a henchman's and not a pilot's) jumpsuit available through the Prop Store of London.

  A friend once made a similar suit for her husband. Not sure what she used, but you might have a look at military surplus for already yellow coveralls or possibly dye painters' coveralls (which are usually white). Either way, add some black gaffers' tape to the arms and legs and you're nearly done! The sneaks are actually a stock item from Converse; I found mine on eBay.
