Where does Bond keep it?

Hi, first time poster here. Can any of you say where Bond keeps his silencer for his PPK etc? I appreciate it is a film and he can legitamately 'magic' it out of anywhere.

However I'ld be very interested to know if there is an extra 'bit' for the Galco holster etc. where it can be attached. I know one of you knows, please tell:D

LOL Silencers are interesting

I preffer silenced pistols by far

I know that in FRWL Bond and Grant carry long silencers in there coat pockets, for PPKS

in thunderball Bond has it lying under a table in his appartment beside the PPK

Bond keeps a silencer in his Glovebox of his ASTON DBS in OHMSS

there is also a silencer in the weapons tray of his DB5 in GF ang TB

in TND I think we see Bonds holdeter has a pouch for the silencer ,

In his pocket is where he retrieves and deposits it most of the time you see him attaching it or detaching it.

Not specifically related, but Galco shoulder holsters have an optional add-on accessory pouch available. Generally used for a tactical flashlight, which is similar in dimensions to a small silencer. Just an interesting note.

Are you sure?

The photo on p105 in Dave Worrall's The Most Famous Car in The World doesn't show one, just the "Broomhandle" Mauser, holster/shoulder stock, grenade and knife. I did notice however that in the drawings section (on page 63) it does show that a silencer (and telescopic sight) were envisaged at one time.

the original gadget car i am sure has a silencer either for the Mauser or the AR-7 rifle which was contained in the tray also... yes the drawings show the idea also...

No suppressor in the DB5 tray. The DBS(OHMSS) may well have contained one though.

yes it did and the same silencer from the tray of the DBS from OHMSS can be seen attached to Bonds PPK .. in publicity shots of Lazenby ..

I was convinced the tray of the DB5 featured a silencer.. I must look back over some rare photos I have... if i find some proof that sugests otherwise I will post it..

so a silencer only existed in the artists interpretation of the tray .. is that correct?
