Jeans or Chinos?

In the scene where DC is wearing the Shawl collar cardigan... it looks as if he is wearing different jeans / trousers to the one's he had on the motor bike chase. They look more like chinos then jeans.

I can't find a picture... although there is one in last months Total Film. Will see if i can scan it in.
Keeping the British end up.

    M&S in the UK have a tailored - tapered leg sand chino that has a touch of Lycra in them, they are great I have 2 pairs, get them shortened so that there is no break in your trousers as per DC in QoS.
