Sunspel Polo

The Sunspel polo that DC wears in CR and QoS... are they in black or blue? I have to admit i am colour blind sometimes :))
Keeping the British end up.

    He wears a navy blue Sunspel made polo shirt in CR. Whereas in QoS the colour is still navy blue but this time the shirts are made by Tom Ford, although they are the same style as the Sunspel item, they just cost 10 times as much;)

    Huh? No I don't think so. The polo that he wore when he got out of the cab in Haiti was obviously a Sunspel navy blue, the same one that he wore in Casino Royale.. I have the same shirt, and its pretty obvious. Only the suits that he wore were from Tom Ford... The polo were all from Sunspel..

    I know people, who have the screen-seen Polo from QoS. It has a slightly smaller chest pocket and is labelled Tom Ford.

    I wish they were Sunspel in QoS but even Dominic at Sunspel admits they were replaced by Tom Ford. TF has a looser bicep and chest fit and have whats called an A-frame cut which means it bells a bit at the bottom. I will tell you I like the fit of the Sunspel one better. But hey, lets not discountthat Sunspel was used to great effect in CR!!!

    Yeah i know... but i'm not going to spend £100's on the TF... going for the CR version, i.e.: Sunspel (sorry for not making that clear). :D

    Is the QoS really a Blue? - If it is it is a much darker blue than the Sunspel (which i have). The QoS one looks black to me in almost all of the scenes.

    I'm curious; how does everyone wash their Sunspel polo? Dry clean or just cold gentle in the washer machine?

    Don't toss it in the dryer unless you want it to shrink a bit. Mine is a little snugger now after the doing the laundry.

    Yes, I too went into a murderous rage when my Beloved put my Sunspel in the tumble dryer, and that was just a mere £70.

    Mind you, it fits better on the biceps since then.

    Just to confirm Tom Ford polos in QOS.

    I can confirm the code still works, just tried it a few minutes ago.

    For those of you that bought the polo, does it fit true to size or does fit smaller or larger? I'm 5'10" and trying to decide between a medium and a large; any sizing help or advice would be appreciated.

    when I wash my Sunspels, I stretch them when they are still wet. Never use a dryer.

    Thus they are still in the shape like they have arrived with me.
