I'd say no.
The finish is wrong, the magazine fingerhold is wrong, the magazine release is wrong, the grip plates are wrong, and the rear sight is wrong.
The only thing they did get right is the general outline of the shape of the pistol.
A very limited number of pre-war PPK's had a heel magazine release but this was dropped during war-time production and never re-introduced.
Save your money and buy a real PPK.
