Another thing which is important is the "weave" itself... I might be wrong on this but I'd say it's kind of a "basket weave".
Look at the darkish photo I sent you, two stripes (blue & copper) from right to left and one stripe (copper) from left to right. Look at how they "cross"...

I just ordered two of the TND Copper ties. My "Magnoli James Bond Tie Collection" is growing and i am now following the new tie thread with growing interest
Just received the tie. Looks and feels really good quality (better than the GE tie) but seems slightly darker than I expected. I'm very happy with it though, and thanks to everyone that made it possible.

Oops, crap at IT! I'm one of the few that still don't have a digital camera, but can confirm that the tie is exactly as shown in Urhash photo on previous message. I had envisaged a slightly lighter brownish colour, as opposed to a red-ish colour. Emphasise that its a great tie though.
Just as a heads up (two projects I have no involvement in) - Indy told me he's working on two ties, the Montenegro tie (from high res pics) and the finale tie (from a Ted Baker original).
Finally got the tie today! Wow - it is by far the most expensive looking of all the Bond ties Magnoli has produced... it just has an unbelievable sheen to it and is dense and luxurious to the touch.
In about a month I'll get the ball rolling on - the TWINE pipeline tie!!
