Why so little Bond merchandise?

Why is there so little good Bond merchandise? Bond is the longest running series of movies in history. It’s popular all over the world. Yet other movies have much more merchandise out there.
I know most movies with merchandise are children movies and I am not for marketing Bond to young kids. I wouldn’t expect a “007 Happy Meal” anytime soon.
It seems to me that the high-end toy market has passed up Bond on the whole. There were the Sideshow figures, but nothing new. Corgi’s almost had CR and QoS figures but it’s not happening. So besides Corgi’s cars or the occasional set of playing cards, there’s nothing much.
I could list many movies far less successful and more violent than Bond movies that have lots of merchandise.
Who do we need to talk to?
