What is the correct information regarding the Connery Goldfinger watch and strap? Size, color etc?

As far as the exact strap Connery wore, no one knows for sure. It was not a G10/NATO. However, I believe it is the look of the G10/NATO that the producers were after. There is also a debate about the strap having red in it or not. It certainly appears to have red in it in some scenes, but my own belief is that the red is a function of the film and lighting. There's no earthly way that red stripe is a function of "lighting" or "film" or "photoshop". It IS there regardless of how much you tell yourself it isn't. 4 Uniform red stripes aren't going to magically pop up out of nowhere. Buy yourself a better TV.
My, we are caustic today. As the saying goes, opinions are like A.., well you know the rest. The problem is that in some scenes you can't see the red stripes. For instance, in the SPECTRE rendevous scene in T'ball. As for my TV, it's a 52" plasma. But it seems my explanation to you is merely academic, your real purpose is to cause discord, isn't it?
