Sunspel - no response on order

I placed an order for some Sunspel crew t-shirts over 2 weeks ago and received only confirmation and dispatch email. How long does it normally take to receive an overseas order. I m in Hong Kong. I sent then an email but no response and only got a phone recorded message to say they are not back until 5th Jan 09. What to do? Any advice would be appreciated.

    Wait untill 5th of jan. when they are back from the holiday maybe your order is already in the mail.It's a busy time with the mail.

    Welcome to the wonderful world of the UK. Where most of the country shuts down for 2 weeks at Christmas!

    Some companies are even shutting down permanently!

    I shouldn't worry too much, Sunspel are a great company and I am sure your shirts will be with you ASAP.

    I have ordered from sunspel twice and the first time it was about 2 months(just after casino) so they were choka,the 2nd time was about 4-5 week,so dont worry you will get em.

    I concur, I ordered from Sunspel in the past and always got my stuff A-OK... just be patient...

    Their site says 12-14 working days for international orders. Plus customs can make things take longer.

    Yeah, thks for the assurances guys. I finally got a reply from Sunspel to confirm my order was indeed dispatched on 16th Dec and could take up to 21 days to arrive. Still counting. CAN'T WAIT !!
