Though flattered that you chose us, there are plenty of forums out there that are random - that is, they're not about anything at all and are a place to rant and discuss and laugh.

This is, 98%, James Bond content related. This is just a little informal area to share other light trivial exchanges. Politics and religion, by definition, are certainly not trivial, and are strongly discouraged to the point of banned subjects here; anything that starts to invades people's opinions on society causes discord eventually, and we won't tolerate that on this forum.

That is why I'm shutting your topic on Islam, just as I would shut it on Christianity or Judaism, or the merits/disadvantages of George W Bush, Gordon Brown, Hosni Mubarak or anyone else.

And that's why I'd strongly encourage you join another forum. I'm not removing you, but you'll find (and it's not personal) detached from the rest of us without a common passion.
