  Might be a quartz model but automatic as well. It is a Seamaster 300 M Chronometer, mid-size, Reference 2222.80.00 if automatic or 2223.80.00 if quartz.

  If it were the newer models it should have the red Seamaster text. It looks to be the older 2541.80/2531.80, but since I only see three lines of text at the bottom its probably a quartz.
