free gifts

Hi,
I subscribed to the collection at number 20 - untill know I have only received 1 free gift (the Renault taxi).
Anyone with the same experience? What should I do? I mailed them already several times.

I believe that they have ran out of the other gifts

A few months ago.

I luckily got them before they ran out.
