    Haha! Roger Mur, indeed!

Maybe it is Nathan Muir's watch from "Spy Game"

    ...wait that was a Rolex.

This reminds me of the Seinfeld episode where George Castanza buys "John Voigt's car".

Seems like a sweet deal for 007's watch! 29 people want it! Don't forget to ask for the free crystal repair and free oiling and servicing!

Maybe you didn't notice that the guy is from the Ukraine, so his English isn't going to be perfect or up to your standards. He also has a 100% feedback rating.
Way to go guys, making fun of someone because of a language barrier. Real mature behavior per usual. What else would I expect?

While this Omega watch has nothing to do with James Bond there are a lot of Omega watch collectors out there. This particular model looks to be in great condition (from what you can tell from photos) and will sell well!

Well, it's only half the fun , if you are forced to explain the joke 8-), but anyhow as it is you:

I am sure that Roger Moore is spelled like this also in the Ukraine.

What makes the description funny is the fact, that Omega has been introduced as the James Bond watch with Goldeneye but the watch from the mentioned ebay auction appears to be from the 70s.
So, this connection is impossible from the timeline and as not Tim Dalton nor Roger Moore have been Bond actors under the Omega decade, the entire speculation is nonsense.

I suggest, that you get the point and do your homework before jumping onto others, especially when calling them elitistic in a national or economic way.

And by the way: The day when I am calling myself mature, I will be dead :D

Call me a joke or whatever you want, but if you think that is funny, then you either have too much time on your hands or your humor is extremely dry, even in comparison to British standards. Do you really have nothing better to do than troll Ebay for products to poke fun at, like you are some connoisseur of quality?
I never called anyone elitist in this particular thread, nor mentioned any of the posters nationalities except the Ebay seller, so maybe your homework should include reading the post. Maybe this guy doesn't study the Bond series like people on here. It might be nonsense to you, but to the average person, I bet they don't know what watch Dalton or Moore wore. It's not unreasonable for him to make the connection, which maybe he thought would help garner attention for the watch and eventually help sell it. Is it unreasonable to think that in the Daniel Craig universe, James Bond wore an Omega in the 70s because he wears one now? Or does that blow your mind because it wasn't in the Bond movies?
You are not buying it or selling it, so leave it alone. Your argument is nonsense.

    Your argument is nonsense.

Your argument that Bondtoys' argument is nonsense is nonsense.
