I tell you my story. I'm a student of architecture (in Spain) and for the next work I've to design James Bond's House! lol
that's why I ask you for advice because I think that you know the client better than me... (I've only seen pierce brosnan's movies...)
here I let the you the wording of the exercise for if you have some idea, you can tell me it. how the organisation of the house should be... the bethroom... and also the exterior of the building. anything you think would be great!

Bond's pad doesn't feature in the films much, except in Dr No and Live And Let Die. In the books he lived in Chelsea.

He would have to have private quarters for May, his housekeeper, a kitchen and pantry. A secret room with an armory and comunications center would be unnecessary. He does his secret work at the office. A wall safe in the master bedroom however would be a good idea. Bond would want large windows to let the light in, perhaps with a Frank Lloyd Wright-like stained glass look. Light colored wood panneling to lend warmth to the surroundings, a central fireplace, wine red or gold carpeting. A wine cellar would be an extravagance but there should definitely be room for a LARGE liquor cabinet. Central heat and air would be a must.
Above all, Bond's home must be versatile. It is his sanctuary and should afford him the privacy he needs and still be accessible to his rare guests. He'll need adequate soundproofing so that on those mornings when he does sleep in he would be bothered by traffic noises, construction across the street, etc.
Privacy, security, versatility. Keep those features in mind and you'll have a good starting point.
The building is like the White House for the Bond actors, compared to the US President's home in Washington DC.
I'm not sure there would be any luxurious trappings in Bond's pad, I mean places to entertain/socialise. It's a bachelor pad, with nothing feminine or fussy about it, a bit functional. After all, he's always on the move. Things must be in the right place and always to hand however.
