S.T. Dupont Diamond Head Square Cufflinks interest thread

I am currently talking to an authorized Dupont dealer about a quantity purchase discount for the S.T. Dupont Diamond Head Square Cufflinks as seen in QoS and CR.

I am wanting to guage a price point from members of AJB007 interested in purchasing a pair. I believe the current retail price is $300US.

Let me know your ideas on a fair price.

I have a pair of these cufflinks and they are indeed splendid. I can't recall exactly how much I paid for them but it was only around the £100 mark - although admittedly I got them at a discount because I had bought a number of other Dupont items at the same time.

I have seen them on the internet for $300 but I have also seen other Dupont cufflinks from the same range selling for £120 at Goldsmiths. All that said a pair sold on eBay not all that long ago for almost £300 (that's £ not $).

Difficult one to pitch but I think £150 in the UK would be a fair maximum price.

I had to pay retail for mine unfortunately. Paradise Pen charged me $315.

$300 is well overpriced. I got my pair earlier this year for $104. Since then, the seller has sold out. I still know of some places that sell them for under $250 though.

I think that is a great price! If it wasn't for the fact I already have a pair I would ask for a set too.

I have seen them lots of places for $250 or so as well...so if you can get a quantity discount with a final price of $150 to $200 I would like to get a pair as well.

sorry to bump an old thread, but I'm interested in a set of the Diamond Head Square cufflinks and would be curious to know if anyone has any suggestions. It doesn't appear this group buy went through, but has anyone gotten them recently?

I saw the sale Elegant Pens was running & I bought them. Quick order processing & shipping. They arrived this past Friday which is less than a week after I ordered them. The cufflinks are very nice. I'll have to try them out this week.

I already have a few pairs of the diamond heads but they also have these tool from the train sequence in CR

The curved ones can easily be seen during the train sequence on blu ray. Not sure on the standard DVD however they are def identifiable on the blu ray!!
