Good budget options if you are in the UK

I am not sure if this website has been discussed but it provides some really good cheaper alternatives that are similar to clothes in CR and QOS.
I know there is a fantastic article that discusses budget items, but most are in the US and I would have to pay $60-100 for each item on delivery costs.[I am from the UK].
