Shoes from a Casino Royale scene...

What kind of shoe is Craig wearing in the scene in Casino Royale, about 55 minutes in or so, where he is wearing the navy sunspel shirt and the khacki pants?

    Probably John Lobb Romseys in Tobacco Suede.
    Away at Boot Camp, won't be back until April the earliest.

    They are definitely the John Lobb Romsey, but if you watch the Blue-ray version of CR (particularly when Bond steps out of the chopper) they appear to be brown calf leather, not suede. They have a bit of shine to them as opposed to that "matt" appearance of suede.

    I agree, they are John Lobb Romsey's - and if you can find a pair they are not cheap!

    Which, of course, begs the usual question! Anyone know of any decent alternatives? I think there are quite a few leather boots out there but any that come really close?
