Budget QOS chukka boots

For those that shop Target, I just picked up a pair of Merona chukka boots for $10. They were on sale, marked down from $40. They're not bad for the budget minded.

Sorry, just saw that there is another thread about this but I don't know how to delete my message. Guess I was too excited about a good deal. Apologies.

In T K Maxx you can get some Brown Suede, black sole and literally identical to the Church's Ryder III boots.

They are priced at £60 (and you know T K Maxx pricing states it is reduced from £120.

    *TK Maxx.

Not sure, I am going to buy them soon, but they are dark brown have similar bottom to QOS official ones. They only sell one kind like it and they look really close to the QOS.

Suave, if I was you, I would get them now. by the nature of TK maxx, they are end of line, discontinued or just stuff that did'nt sell at full retail price.Chances are they will be gone when you go back. Also, stock seems very specific to branch's. I've seen lots of tips for stuff being sold in certain TK Maxx branch's. But i got into mt 2 nearest and not a sign of them and the staff say they have never had that item. Its a bit hit and miss.

I have to agree with BRIXMIS you should buy them now if you have the funds. I have just been to my local TK Maxx and they have nothing there like them. I have learnt myself that you should grab these things when you see them. And he is right that stock varies from store to store, if you miss them now you may not find them in another. This weekend is a big shopping weekend so don't gamble on them being around long.

    Best of luck.

I totally agree, but where I go university is 5 hours from home so I would not be able to go to the local store.

I however have brought some Nike trainers that are simliar to the Articulates.

Got them from Sport World, just need to colour white tick in black and they are literally identical, oh and cut the little bit on the back of heel.

Just bring a picture of the Articulates to a sports shop (I looked around quite a few) and then it should be easy to find good alternatives.

I recommended these in another thread which are good:
    http://www.jjbsports.com/nike-t-lite-vii-leather/prod_170698.aspx

Just colour and cut the bit of back to look like:

Obviously the bottom does not have the cream bits on and is not a soft material but they are good.
