  The poker chips and cards were produced for the film and surprisingly none made it off the set
  
  The Alfani shirt can be bought off Ebay everynow and then.
  
  The Aston Martin keyring is getting harder to get and is expensive at about £200, but expect to pay more. They are no longer available from the silversmiths, but again turn up on Ebay.

  Bond wore a Macy's house brand shirt in that scene?
  
  What color was the Alfani shirt....and type of shirt...because I was never too sure.

  Yeah, it was definately Alfani used in the Ocean Club poker scene, black nylon material feels like soft silk. The shirt had the scalloped hem taken up and straightened for wear outside of the trousers. This has been confirmed a couple of years ago by the costumers and Lindy Hemming herself. There are numerous threads on here somewhere about it.

  I purchased one of those Alfani shirts off of ebay right when the news was breaking confirming it. I was quick to purchase my true size which is a medium, but the shirt is quite baggy. I'd say at is at least as big as a large, possibly an XL in length. if you want the right fit you really have to get it tailored...which I have yet to get around to
