Sounds like a good idea mate go for it.
You could e-mail Baracuta and tell them of the interest of people on this site and enquire if it would be possible.
Then I presume they may wish to know how many people want to order a jacket.

Kind regards,
Craig
They definitely do not have flaps on the pockets, but have the little loop closure on jetted pockets like Indy's copy. You can see that the loop has been tucked inside the pocket in the screen grap above.
The cotton jacket material is quite similar in feel to the Y3 and the zipper tabs are rubbery in feel/material, rather than leather and a lot smaller than the ones on Indy's.
Kind regards,
Craig
It would not be all that complicated for Baracuta (or their manufacturers?) to do what is being suggested here and it might be wise to get some specs together and present them to Baracuta in one go, rather than a steady trickle of comments on the innacuracies of their Bond G4.
They might not be resistant to a limited run for forumites, one that does not compete with or alter their regular offerings too much. I was going to ask them to make me a custom jacket along these lines but here it is being discussed; it could be quite doable as it probably would be worth their while.

G4 Slimfit basic patern w/ exception of G10-style back
Navy teflon protected 100% cotton outer shell
Navy cotton or silk lining (we are probably not going to want fraser regardless of the color, thinking along lines of Y-3 jacket here)
Has anyone already suggested this jacket from Burberry (fetures just one button as in the TF)
