    This custom reminds me of the figures Dragon toys put out for Goldeneye and TND.

    Both of them feature the detachable head and arms, and the packageing style is vary close to what Dragon did as well. I remember up until the Sideshow figures came out the Dragon fiures were my favorites since they actually looked like the actors and had good detailing unlike the EP figures which stunk to the core.
