So I was in town yesterday with my wife, and we were looking at some clothes, when suddenly she turns to me and sais:
"Honey, why don't you try and get yourself a pair of white jeans for this summer. You know, like he wears?"
Stunned with disbelief, I turn to her and ask:
"Like who wears?"
To wich she replies:
"You know, James Bond. When he's on that motorcycle. Those would look good on you..."
I love my wife! :x

Looked great on DC, but I'd never wear them!
I think it depends on if they suit you or not.
I'm waiting for warmer weather before I wear mine.
Or whether your gay or not you mean
So are you inferring most people on this forum are gay because they like a particular style of clothing?
I wish I wasn't single. - I know how to dress, I just don't have a woman in my life to appreciate it!
White jeans don't appeal to me. They look too much like cricket whites! - Only Mr Craig and The Mantis seem to pull off that look, by having the designer label Bond vibe. - I'll stick to combat trousers reminicent of CR!
However I do like a pair of sand / beige jeans / trousers like Craig wore in CR - and they look great with a plain navy polo. I think you can wear this combination without looking like you are trying to dress like Bond even though you actually are! )
Great summer look.

My wife is a lot more indulgent about me dressing like Bond than, for instance, Indiana Jones.
She would tolerate the leather jacket, but not the hat. :v
I believe this is also due to the fact that Bond (DC at least) is basically a well dressed person of this age. She is fed up of me dressing like it's the 1930's.
The good thing is that you can dress like Bond, without 'dressing up'. WWBW, indeed.
Haven't got the jeans yet, but Simon is hooking me up with a pair. Hopefully they'll be here for the warmer weather.
As I said, all of this is said with complete respect and not meant to offend anyone or dismiss their opinion.
"Manscaping" and "metrosexual." Men care about how they look. And once the world gets over the shock-the schock!-these labels will have lost their purpose.
Well, having said that the Mamorial Day weekend is upon us in the USA. The official start of summer. Time for me to shave the back and throw those white jeans on.

I always live by the rule that's it's ok to follow someone else's style as long as it suits you also.
No point wearing something if you're not confident in it, no matter what Bond wears I would always consider how it looks on me before purchasing.
That's the great thing about the ties I suppose, although I'm yet to order as I've no need for a tie in my job and have about 20 ties already
Because I know that if she doesn't like it, I'm going to get that look and the comment that she will not go out with me wearing that... 8-)
Now what was that thing I heard about not wearing white after labour day?
Here's the funniest headline I ever saw in a movie. It was in one of the Naked Gun movies with Leslie Nielsen: "DYSLEXIA CURE FOR FOUND."
This is a joke that was told by the Dutch resistance in World War Two.
"Napoleon wore a red vest, so that if he would ever get shot, his soldiers would not see him bleed.
Hitler wears brown pants."
