Tonight I'm doing a recipe recommended in a mag. Smoked mackeral cut up, in balsmati (sp?) rice with chopped onion and chopped garlic cloves, with kale or cabbage or greens on the side.
Last night I had some amazing chicken soup and a nice leg of chicken. It was a great dinner.

possibly gonna order a bread bowl and breadsticks later...as of now, I'm still working off the late lunch I had with my roomies in celebration of one of their birthdays.

Christmas Eve at the Loeffelholz's...
Right now, I'm on my second Vesper B-) I'm snacking on smoked almonds...
Tonight it's fried shrimp with cocktail sauce, and Mrs. Loeffelholz' secret recipe meatballs in sauce...suffice to say the sauce contains both chili sauce and grape jelly...
