This is a nice curry someone from India (via Birmingham!) taught me. Can't remember what it's called though, but it's really easy to make.
2 onions (chopped)
1 large bunch of corriander
2 table spoons of tomato puree
2 green chillies
3 cloves of garlic
the following in teaspoons of each: chilli powder, tumeric, dried cummin seeds,.
1 tablespoon of curry powder
1/2 pint of natural yoghurt
1/2 pint of water
2 tablespoons of ghea or clarified butter
1 large chicken jointed into legs, thighs, wings and the breasts cut in half so you get 10 small pieces.
Fry the onions, chopped chillies and garlic in all of the butter until soft, add all the dry ingredients, stir for a minute or two then add the chicken. When browned slightly add the tomato puree and the water and simmer for 1 hour. Stir in the yoghurt and chopped corriander, bring back to heat then serve with rice or fried curried potatoes. (The sauce should be cooked until thick) Delicious!

not a brand I can recall...try IBC, Mug or A&W if you get the chance...IBC being the best of those three (IMO)
tonight, it's leftover cheese filled sausages that my roomie brought home from a BBQ yesterday, yum.

I agree with IBC. Not a fan of Root Beer, but will have an IBC if given a chance. Tried Virgils thinking it was going to be good and it was too sweet. So, two votes for IBC, anyone want to make it three?
BTW, I don't think IBC is available from the fountain. Everyplace I've been that has IBC has served it from the bottle.
Some people would complain even if you hang them with a new rope
My mother-in-law made chinese flouder, bbq pork, delicious chicken with lemon sauce, ketchup shrimps and some veggies. Followed my 2 Mango- pancakes with cream- filling, everthing washed down with cold Asahi beer.
I'm in heaven.....

I'd recommend equal parts of Beef, Veal and Pork. Add an egg or two and some seasoned breadcrumbs.

Thanks Mr. Martini. I always forget the bread crumbs. I'm going to use egg substitute.
To be honest, I ate mostly French fries last night and half a BLT. Then again, I haven't eaten lunch in two weeks for various reasons 8-) Will be experimenting with chicken and waffles tonight because those are the only things left in my freezer...
Flattery will get you nowhere, but don't stop trying.
Going to Rick Stein's Seafood Restaurant for lunch today with my wife to celebrate my our fifth wedding anniversary. For anyone not in the know Rick Stein is a longtime celebrity chef with several tv series and books under his belt. Been before and it was excellent, so looking forward to some really good fish today.

That was pretty special - local mussells in creme fraiche spiced with mild curry spices and chopped parsley for me, and lobster and asparagus rissoto for mrs tsa, then a ribeye steak with bernaise sauce, thick cut chips, purple sprouting broccoli and a mixed leaf salad for me, and lemon sole in ginger and springonions with new potatoes for mrs tsa. Dessert was fabulous - a light orange tart with set cream and a warm chocolate fondant with pistaccio icecream. Oh, and a bottle of Dom Perignon (2002)...

Got some nice meaty pork ribs and have marinaded them over-night in Jack Daniels, soy sauce, worcester sauce, ketchup, chopped ginger, garlic and some chinese five spice. Barbequeing them slowly tonight and eating with a salad and some new potatoes.
