It's baseball fare tonight, with the first game between the St. Louis Cardinals and the Los Angeles (most obnoxious fans in professional sports) Dodgers on TV...regrettably, the Dodgers are winning 5-2 in the seventh inning
But the food was good: hot dogs (with ketchup, mustard, pickle relish and diced onion) for a first course, followed by deluxe nachos (tortilla chips, homemade refried beans, seasoned ground beef, tomatoes, onions and a zesty salsa con queso )...Mmm...mmm...mmm...
Hope the Cards can get one back tomorrow X-(

Well - cooking for one is so boring! (and cooking for my 4 year old doesn't really count ) - although I did rustle up some fab pitta bread pizza's for him last night, Tanya Ramsey would have been proud ) However, I really dislike ready meals, and I refuse to buy them anyway, as that is really road trip to singledom - so it's a bit of an experiment tonight. Pasta, brie, dried chilli (which was grown by me ) black olives, sundried tomatoes and a side of mange tout. It smells great, so here's hoping it will taste like that too!
