Corrupting the young....

My sixteen year old niece came over to me the other day, and asked if I could help her out with her English lessons.

My niece is an absolutely gorgeous blonde by the way, so I am very happy that I am not her father, as I would probably be worried sick every day... :#

She had to read a book that had been made into a film, but the book and film needed to be noticibly different.

So I advized her to take Casino Royale.

She did, and her teacher allowed it.

And I'm very happy to say she really enjoyed it. :D

I was also happily surprised when she came over to me again yesterday and uttered the words:

"Uncle, what can you tell me about SMERSH, because they seem really interesting?"

We'd all be worried sick Mister White if you were her father and were referring to her like that... :))

I have a habbit of reading a Bond novel in a day and really getting it to it,My youngest daughter on seeing this several times asked me if she could have a go at one.Deciding that she was a little too young ( I was 13 when I read my first) I gave her Hurricane Gold and. After two days and only one chapter she returned the Book ,Seems My love of all things Bond won't be passed on. :))
