TND Hamburg Overcoat

I have just inherited a Camel/Beige coloured full length overcoat. It is very similar to the one PB wears on arrival in Hamburg (peak lapels, double breasted, full length). Major difference are the buttons. Does anyone have any views/info regarding the button style on the PB original (maybe dark brown, flat buttons?). Also, how many are on each sleeve cuff. I've checked the dvd but can't confirm.

    It's 100% cashmere, with 4 buttons on the sleeves. The buttons on the topcoat aren't fully flat, they have a ridge on the outer edge (don't know what those kind of buttons are called). Hope that helps.
