Poker playing outfit in CR

Can anyone tell me what shirt and pants Bond wears when playing poker at the Ocean Club? I really like that shirt.

I believe the shirt is an Alfani shirt and the pants are Ted Baker.
The Alfani shirt is a very hard to find, although it sometimes appears on eBay.
