I wasn't aware they'd stopped production as I've always seen them at Selfridges, Harrods etc.

Maybe they never did - just people saying they are hard to find and scarce yet they seem to be available from a number of sources.

Perhaps the brits lay in bed with the french more often than americans = P.. I live in NY and I can't find any decent dupont items. Thank you guys for the heads up, I was beginning to think i'd have to go all the way to Paris with a crowbar and try to persuade them for a pair.

They're available on-line via rafaello-network.com, but at around $300. Also available the set which I believe are worn on the train scene and used in the Omega advertising.
