Louis Jourdan, actor of Kamal Khan in Octopussy was born on 19 June 1919. On this day I would like to discuss one of my more favorite bond villans, and perhaps the best of his lines:
"Good, let him keep going! He'll be late, and we'll be rid of him, too!"

Wow, 90, I could not imagine. I am not one of these RM bashers, but to my opinion, Louis looks a bit younger than Roger in Octopussy.
Dalton - the weak and weepy Bond!
I also think that Khan was one of the more strict Bond villains, going as far as to even make his assistant go out onto the airplane in mid-air to dispatch Bond. Of course, Bond threw him off to his death.
Stepping off the set to make room for the stand-in? ) I think he looked just fine for his age...it's just that he stopped being the right age to be Bond after about three films Some actors are better suited to project physicality than others; that's all...and some (like Harrison Ford, for instance) can 'sell it' for far longer than the norm.
Happy Birthday to Louis Jourdan! {[] He was an excellent Count Dracula B-)
"I am not an entrant in the Shakespeare Stakes." - Ian Fleming
"Screw 'em." - Daniel Craig, The Best James Bond EverTM
Good to see he is still with us along with Joseph Wiseman who is a few years older than him I think.
Happy Birthday Louis you legend! -{ B-)
I love his line;
"Mr. Bond is indeed a rare breed, soon to be made extinct" and "you have a nasty habit of surviving Mr. Bond"
Great delivery on both
