  Decent list. The only changes I'd make are putting in Red Grant and Alec Trevelyan. Those two would replace Max Zorin and Elliot Carver. Otherwise, your list looks solid to me.

  I would give Alec Trevelyan an honourable mention at #11 though. But I forgot Red Grant . Thanks , for telling me . I'll replace Carver and put Le Chiffre at 9 to make Red Grant at # 8.

  I do like a great many of them, but Largo would probably have to top it for me. He is the only villain I can think of that could actually take on and kill Bond (Connery at that) in hand to hand combat and almost did so. Red Grant at #2.

  They are all good. But I think I would move Jaws up a spot or two.
