You Asked For It (Casino Royale 1st American Paparback)

Here are photographs of my Casino Royale first American paperback by Popular Library. It is relatively rare and eceedingly collectible because the title was changed to "You Aked For It" for the American market. Due to the cover artwork and the copy on the back it leaves one the impression that you are about to read a Mikey Spillane type novel with an American tough guy, "Jimmy Bond" at its center.

"If he hadn't been a tough operator, Jimmy Bond would never have risked a weekend with a woman who used her magnificent body as a weapon to destroy him..."

    Thank you for such high praise. That really means a lot to me and I'm glad you like my collection thus far. I've been collecting for a long time and I collect mainly what I like, that way I can't go wrong.
