Bond's items on Lachaise's desk

Never really noticed before, but there appear to be more than just Bond's gun and eyeglasses case on the desk when he is being searched before talking with Lachaise. Can anyone identify the items? One appears to be some sort of knife, but I can't really tell for sure.

    There is a divers knife in a sheath and arm band. Well, actually it's a leg band as the knife is the same divers knife used by Jinx at the end of DAD.
